Automation Process in Airtable and Make (Anydesk work)

I'm seeking a freelancer to help streamline my automation process involving Airtable (AT) and Make. Currently, I have an automation set up in AT that sends an email with a PDF document attached when certain conditions are met. The issue is that the PDF is attaching with an incorrect file extension, making it hard for clients to open.

Here's a clear breakdown of the process and issue:
- I input information into Airtable.
- Make generates a PDF and attaches it to the AT record.
- An AT automation sends an email with this PDF attachment under certain conditions.

My current main issue is the PDF being sent with an incorrect file extension, which complicates access for clients.

I’m open to suggestions for better solutions but want to keep simple automations in AT and leverage Make (and your expertise) for the more complex tasks.
