Airtable, smartsheets connection with Quickbooks

I need to automatizate finance system of the company.
And to create bills approval system with all templates devided by the project. Bills approval in smartsheet or airtable to connect it with Quickbooks, this was created already
Need one professional who can do it fast in 2 days with all templates I have. Has to create 15 sheets in Smartsheet/aira (for separate projects and summarizing all projects), which connected between each other and paid status of items should automatically go in Quickbooks
