Airtable/Softr Database Upgrade

Project Proposal: Property Platform UI/UX Overhaul & API Sync Optimization
1. Project Overview
The goal is to elevate an existing real estate disposal platform from a basic MVP to a premium, investor-ready portal. The backend (Airtable) and basic frontend (Softr) are built. We require a developer to solve data-sync issues with the Zillow API and implement a modern, high-end "website feel" within Softr.
2. Technical Issue: Zillow API & Address Logic
Currently, the frontend occasionally displays incorrect addresses when pulling from the Zillow API via Airtable.
Requirement: Audit the Airtable-to-Softr data flow.
Solution Needed: * Implement a "Cache-Buster" (e.g., a "Last Updated" timestamp or a "Softr Refresh" trigger) to ensure Softr displays the most recent API data.
Normalize address strings in Airtable into a single "Clean Address" field to ensure Map blocks and List blocks match perfectly.
Ensure the Record ID mapping between List and List-Details pages is unique and 100% accurate.
3. Design Requirements: The "Premium" Feel
The current design is too "blocky" and plain. We want the platform to look like a modern real estate site (e.g., Zillow, Redfin, or a luxury brokerage).
Custom Branding: Implement a cohesive global theme (typography, rounded corners, and a specific "Action Color").
Advanced Layouts: * Replace standard lists with Card Layouts using high-quality image ratios.
Add Hover Effects and custom button styles.
Implement a Sticky Navigation bar with a "Buyer Profile" login area.
Custom CSS/Code Snippets: (Optional but preferred) Use custom CSS within Softr to hide standard headers, adjust font weights, or create "Price Tag" overlays on property images.
Interactive Elements: Use Conditional Filters (Price, Zip, Property Type) that feel fast and intuitive.
4. Deliverables
Bug Fix: 100% accuracy on property addresses across all Softr pages.
Global Styling: A fully configured "Theme" in Softr with professional fonts and colors.
Property Gallery: A redesigned main listing page with search/filter capabilities.
Property Details Page: A "Prettier" individual listing page including a functional Map block, photo gallery, and a "Contact Agent/Inquiry" form.
Documentation: A brief summary of the Airtable automation triggers used to keep the data in sync.

Expertise in Softr + Airtable integration.
Strong eye for UI/UX Design (portfolio of previous portals required).
Experience with Airtable Automations and API data handling.
