Airtable Recruitment Tracker Setup
Budget: £15 – £36 GBP
I’m building a fresh recruitment tracking base in Airtable and want it configured so my whole hiring team—more than ten users—can work in it seamlessly from day one.
Core workflow requirements
• Candidate tracking: custom fields for role, stage, source, salary expectations, notes, and attachments, linked so we can move talent through the funnel with simple drag-and-drop or stage buttons.
• Interview scheduling: calendar views that sync to Google or Outlook, automated status emails to candidates, and reminders for interviewers.
• Reporting & analytics: dashboards (or interfaces) that show pipeline velocity, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, DEI metrics, and any bottlenecks at a glance.
Because we’re starting with a clean slate, there’s no migration work; the focus is on thoughtful structure, automations, and permissions. I’d also like light onboarding material—recorded Loom walkthrough or concise PDF—so new recruiters can hit the ground running.
Deliverable is the live Airtable base, fully shared to me, with automations tested and documentation delivered.
