Airtable Project - multiple bases and automations.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We use Airtable to review our annual 12-months workplan on a monthly basis. We have activities; subactivities; and then milestones for those subactivities. We update on a monthly basis, and report to our donor on a quarterly basis. Activities have start and end dates; people to lead and people to support; partners involved; comments for each month; and an overall status.
It is very tedious now. We'd like someone to take a look at how we are doing things, and build us something more streamlined.
