Airtable Expert Needed – Fast Build (Orders, Costs, Dashboard)

We need an experienced Airtable freelancer to build a clean system to track orders, costs, payments, timelines, and margins for an import/packaging business.

Priority: speed + accuracy. Move fast, get it right.

Scope

Orders table (core):
Customer, Manufacturer, Item, Quantity, Unit price, Total sales value
Costs: Manufacturer cost, Delivery, Duties, Trucking, Warehousing, Total cost (auto)
Payments: Manufacturer deposit + who paid, Remaining manufacturer balance + due date, Customer deposit, Customer remaining balance + due date
Timeline: Manufacturing complete, Expected arrival (USA), Expected delivery, Actual delivery
Other: Sample flag, Order status, On-time vs late (auto)
Profit: Margin $ and %

Calculations (must be accurate)

Total sales value, total cost, remaining balances, margin $ and %, on-time vs late logic, volume expectation vs actual

Dashboard (Airtable Interface)

Filters: Day / Week / Month, Customer, Manufacturer, Status, On-time vs late
Show: Total orders, total order volume, revenue, cost, margin, remaining manufacturer balance, customer outstanding balance, upcoming shipments (China → USA), upcoming deliveries, on-time vs late, volume expectation met vs not

Views

Grid (all orders), Calendar (delivery + payments), Timeline/Gantt (production → delivery), Late orders, Upcoming deliveries, Outstanding balances

Requirements

Strong Airtable experience (interfaces, formulas), clean/simple build, fast turnaround, good judgment
