Airtable Optimization & Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a freelancer to help me optimize and automate my business Airtable system. I need assistance with data organization, automatic workflows, and overall cleaning up of the system.
Key Tasks:
- Improve Data Organization: Utilize tags, filters, and sorting features to make sure the data is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Implement Automated Workflows: Set up the system to automatically update data based on specific criteria, send notifications or reminders, and generate reports and analytics.
You should have experience with Airtable and a good understanding of how to organize and automate data within the platform. The ideal candidate would have a background in data management and automation. Your ability to streamline the data entry process will be a plus.
Hey we have a large business with many staff clocking in/out and making sales on airtable with our clients daily
We need help implementing a hourly function (with their clock ins) as its currently 10% commission for employees on all sales
We also want to automate end of day reports (which we already have being tracked, but automation for a daily text or email isnt happening/hard)
Other tweaks, improvements etc as well (since we use zapier for everything)
