Airtable Inventory Image Data Entry

I have a live Airtable base that tracks our on-hand inventory. Each day the warehouse team uploads fresh label photos into our WMS portal; your job is to translate those photos into accurate counts inside Airtable.
Here’s the exact flow I need you to follow: open each image in the WMS feed, read the model or SKU on the label, search that model inside my Airtable view, and enter the quantity shown on the photo. If the model does not exist yet, simply create a new record in the same view and drop the quantity into the single “Inventory On Hand” field—no extra fields required. When multiple photos represent the same SKU, add the numbers together rather than treating them as duplicates.
The base is already organised, so please keep the existing structure untouched; you’re only updating the quantity cell or inserting a new row when necessary.
I’ll consider the task complete when all images from the day’s folder are reflected in Airtable with correct totals and no skipped SKUs. Feel free to use Airtable’s built-in search, keyboard shortcuts, or any other efficiency tricks you prefer, as long as the data ends up right where it belongs.
Estimated- 1000 items - processing 180 per hour - 6 hours estimate
