Airtable Inventory Data Entry
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have an Airtable base set up for my product inventory, but the records still need to be filled out and verified. The task is straightforward: take the raw product data I will provide—item names, SKUs, quantities, locations, pricing, and any notes—and enter it accurately into the correct fields of the Airtable database.
Because this is a live base that powers reorder reports, accuracy and consistency are essential. Typos or mis-aligned fields can break formulas, so I need someone who double-checks their work and is comfortable working directly inside Airtable’s grid, form, and bulk-upload views.
Deliverables:
• All supplied inventory details entered and saved in the Airtable base
• A quick pass to spot duplicates or obvious inconsistencies (e.g., negative stock, missing SKU)
• Confirmation message once everything is complete so I can run my own spot audit
If you have previous experience managing data in Airtable or similar spreadsheet-style databases and can start right away, this should be an easy project for you.
