3-5 key dashboard views for daily workflow management.

A brief list of best practices to maintain data integrity.

A 15-minute demo call where you walk me through the system.

Clean, brief documentation (1-2 pages max) explaining the structure and maintenance.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Must have:

50+ hours of Airtable experience on Upwork.

Portfolio examples of relational Airtable bases you have built.

Experience building systems for agencies, consultants, or IT services (not just basic data entry).

Nice to have:

n8n or other API automation experience.

Consulting or services industry background.

Communication: English.
