Airtable Database Manager Needed

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Manager with a strong background in Airtable to oversee the organization, management, and optimization of our databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing Airtable databases to ensure data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and efficient reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Database Management: Create and manage complex Airtable databases, ensuring data accuracy, proper structure, and regular updates.
Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows and integrations within Airtable using built-in automations, scripts, and external integrations (such as Zapier, Make.com).
Data Cleaning & Optimization: Regularly review, clean, and optimize data entries to ensure database integrity and minimize redundancy.
Custom Views & Reports: Design custom views, filters, and reports to meet the needs of different teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration & User Management: Set up user permissions, share access with team members, and provide guidance on using Airtable efficiently.
Integrations: Connect Airtable with other tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM, Slack) to streamline data flow across systems.
Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation of database structures, workflows, and processes. Provide training and support to team members on Airtable usage.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance to ensure smooth operation of the databases.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing complex databases using Airtable.
Strong understanding of Airtable’s advanced features (e.g., formulas, linked records, automations, and scripts).
Ability to create integrations with other platforms using APIs or third-party tools (Zapier, Make.com).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with team members and understand business data needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other database platforms (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
Basic understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript) for Airtable custom scripts.
Familiarity with project management or CRM systems.
Experience working with remote teams and cloud-based tools.
Hours:

This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 10-20 hours per week), with flexible working hours. Some availability for team meetings during business hours may be required.
