Airtable Data Fillout

I’m looking for help building a vendor registration + space reservation system using Airtable + Fillout (embedded on a Squarespace site). I need Airtable set up as the backend (vendor registrations, vendor categories, events, and space inventory), with 20 spaces per category (ex: A01–A20, B01–B20), and Fillout connected so vendors can submit a form and only see available spaces based on their selected category. I also need Airtable automations for status updates (reserve/release spaces, approvals, cancellations) and a clean admin view/dashboard.
