Airtable Concierge Web Interface

Job ID: 40208366

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have already mapped out all tables and relationships in Airtable for a concierge-style marketplace that links visiting buyers to service providers on remote Caribbean islands. What I need next is a polished web interface that speaks directly to that base and lets visitors actually use it.

Phase 1 Goals
• A clean buyer-first browsing experience is top priority. Visitors must be able to land on the site and quickly filter offers by specific islands (e.g., “St. John”, “Bequia”, “Virgin Gorda”) pulled live from Airtable.
• Accounts will sit on top of Airtable’s data: service providers will register, add descriptions, prices, and photos, while buyers can create simple profiles to save favourite services. I have not started any of the authentication layer yet.
• Everything should remain in sync with the existing Airtable base through the API or an Airtable-friendly front-end framework—whichever you are most comfortable with (Softr, Glide, custom React, Webflow with scripts, etc.).

Future Enhancements (not part of this milestone but helpful to keep in mind): search by service type, sorting by price, proximity filters, and a fuller seller dashboard.

Engagement & Deliverables
I’m working on an hourly model. The initial Phase 1 budget is already earmarked, so we can get moving as soon as we define the sprint scope together. I’ll provide the Airtable schema, API keys, sample data, and wireframes; you’ll return a responsive, production-ready front-end connected to Airtable, plus brief docs on how to extend the filter logic for new islands later.

If this sounds like a fit, let’s discuss your approach and timeline so we can kick off right away.
