Airtable Automation Specialist Needed

I am looking to set up a database to assist in expense tracking - I need to be able to input all receipts for my business to provide to the accountants with the info they require, but I also want to be able to track specific project costs at the same time, without having to duplicate tasks.
Currently, I have one large spreadsheet which works for the accountants, and records information by project but it's not working to be able to extract meaningful reports on projects.
