Airtable Automation Expert Needed

I'm converting from google sheets to Airtable. I have the Airtable structure built but I need assistance importing the data to ensure there are no issues. It is only several hundred records so it's a small data set.
Then I started to build some email automation based on date fields. I need to add a feedback loop to verify that the email automation took place.
Then I would like to build a button in Airtable to manually send an email out on demand for a specific record as needed with a feedback look to verify the email went out.
Then I'd like to see if there is a way to have some of my data transfer into a webform from my client without manually entering it. Not sure if this is possible.
