AIRTABLE BUILD
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need something created in the Airtable to track things my tree-plating business does. It's based on the number of plants planted in a day.
MUST HAVE
Ability to tally numbers planted in a day per person/per project and the ability to allocate numerous and amounts to specific tasks so that they can add at the end
Ability to upload photos (i.e. job site photo, pictures' of timesheets and delivery sheets, sign-on-sign-off pdf from jobs)
Also, I need it to auto-tally up the amounts people earn (i.e. if they reach 20c per tree and plant 1000 trees, they make $200.
If there was a way to work out tax rates for payroll, that is also NB.
Ability to split the entries into projects and the person who planted them etc
Project management features (i.e. cost per project, unforeseen expenses, daily tallies, Profit and loss etc/ tax payable.)
This ability for someone on a job site to punch in all the numbers and for me to receive on the back end on Airtable. Once entered, I want that employee on a job site to wait to edit the numbers.
I hope that this has been explained to an understandable degree. I may have to get in touch after accepting a job to understand things better.
