Multi-Engine Instrument Rating Instructor

Job ID: 39817235

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

I’m ready to start my Instrument Rating and intend to do the entire program in a multi-engine aircraft. I already hold the prerequisite certificates; what I need now is a certified instructor who can guide me through both the ground syllabus and the in-flight IFR work, including approaches, holds, and multi-engine-specific procedures.

If you regularly teach Instrument students in twins—whether under Part 61 or 141—let’s talk. Please outline your relevant experience: how many multi-engine IFR candidates you’ve taken to check-ride, the aircraft types you’re most familiar with, and any specialties you bring to the table (e.g., G1000, advanced avionics, scenario-based training).

I’m flexible on scheduling and location as long as we can set up a consistent timetable to finish efficiently. Let me know whether you can provide the aircraft or prefer that I supply one, your hourly rates for both ground and flight, and any additional fees I should plan for.

My goal is straightforward: complete the required dual, meet all Instrument ACS standards in a multi-engine environment, and walk away fully confident in real-world IFR. If that matches your expertise, I look forward to hearing from you.
