Winter Chalet Booking & Listing Manager

I’m looking for a Europe-based remote manager to run my VRBO and Airbnb chalet listings for the entire winter season. Your core focus will be handling every pre-stay guest inquiry quickly and warmly, keeping our calendars perfectly in sync, and making sure each listing stands out with fresh copy, eye-catching photo line-ups, and smart, season-appropriate pricing tweaks.
You’ll live inside the Airbnb and VRBO dashboards each day, respond to questions the moment they arrive, trim or rewrite any wording that feels tired, rearrange or swap out photos when needed, and adjust nightly rates so occupancy and revenue stay healthy right through to spring.
Acceptance criteria for the season:
• Average response time under 1 hour for all pre-stay messages
• No double-bookings and 100 % calendar accuracy
• Updated descriptions and reordered photo galleries live within the first week
• Dynamic pricing reviewed and adjusted at least twice per week
