Managing my portfolio of short-term rental houses requires ongoing support across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Uplisting.io. A ready-made Airbnb upload template is in place; each new house simply needs its photos, amenities, and copy entered once and then synced through Uplisting.
Day-to-day, guest enquiries arrive steadily. They call for prompt, friendly answers that stay on brand while gently steering future stays toward direct booking through a set of pre-approved messages.
New properties also need to appear on several corporate portals, and our social channels benefit from light but consistent content—about two to three posts weekly highlighting openings, local tips, and booking incentives.
