Vacation Property increase our Bookings on various Platforms

We need more bookings of our property which is a house with 9 rooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toiletts. We have listed this as rooms with shared bathrooms and toilett but we need to get more bookings.

How can we increase bookings of our property? I need a plan and ideas.
