I'm in search of a Senior-level Property Manager with proven experience on the Airbnb platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for the efficient listing and management of properties, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing smooth operations and guest bookings.

- Property setup: Proven skills in setting up properties for listings, ensuring they meet Airbnb's standards.
Please note, while experience on Booking.com is a plus, expertise on Airbnb is essential. The priority is to have a Property Manager who can effectively manage our listings and ensure they are always guest-ready and well-maintained.
The Property Manager will handle the management of 1-5 properties. Candidates must have high familiarity with local markets. The expected duration of this project is determined by whether it will be completed Full Time or Part Time." This project will be a Full Time role. The role requires a commitment of either Part Time or Full Time depending on how good the candidate becomes. The Property Manager should be available during the following hours: 40 hours for Full Time and 20 hours for part time per week. Maintenance and repair issues will be handled by a separate team. The properties are located in Europe, North America, and South America. The Property Manager should be familiar with Airbnb's native tools and software.
