STR Revenue manager

Looking for STR revenue manager that understands how to price, list, configure and set up STRs.
Responsibilities will require running all parts of the STR Biz. This would include but not be limited to answering guests' requests, creating rules, following up with tradesmen to resolve issues, resolutions management with platforms, etc...
Profit sharing issued is as follows
* You will receive 10% profit sharing up to $100,000 in bonus
* After $100,0000 in bonuses has been paid out the tier changes to 5% profit sharing
* After $500,000 paid out bonuses, 2% profit sharing their after.
