Remote Property Manager for Short-Term Rentals (Part-Time / Partnership)

We are AirHost+, a short-term rental management platform supporting property owners and hosts across multiple markets. We’re looking for an experienced Remote Property Manager to help manage listings, reservations, pricing, and guest communication.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Airbnb or short-term rental experience who is looking for long-term collaboration rather than one-off tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage short-term rental listings.
- Handle reservations, calendars, and availability.
- Set pricing and revenue strategies.
- Communicate with guests and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate operational workflows and compliance requirements.
Engagement Options:
- Part-time: Up to 20 hours/week with fixed compensation.
- Partnership: Performance-based collaboration tied to bookings you manage or bring in.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing short-term rentals.
- Strong understanding of pricing, calendar management, and guest communication.
- Experience with tools like Guesty or Smoobu is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Based in Europe, North America, Central America, or South America.
