I need hands-on support running a small portfolio of short-term rentals from end to end. Day-to-day you will log into Guesty or Smoobu—whichever you know best—to keep calendars perfectly synced, prices optimised in real time, and guest conversations friendly and prompt.

The three focus areas are:
• Pricing optimisation
• Booking management
• Guest communication

Success means each listing stays competitively priced, occupancy and revenue trends are tracked, and every guest enjoys a seamless stay from first enquiry through checkout. A solid grasp of international regulations and industry best practices will help you spot issues before they arise and keep operations compliant.
