We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee short-term rental properties and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating with guests, handling maintenance requests, and optimizing property performance. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training and resources will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings and reservations across rental platforms.
Communicate with guests to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to resolve any property issues.
Optimize pricing and occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Must have an active Airbnb guest account.
Based in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Background in Customer Support or Virtual Assistance is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
