Optimize and Manage Airbnb Listings

I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to help manage and optimize my Airbnb listings. The role includes regular price monitoring, updating listings when needed, and keeping track of performance to ensure the best occupancy and revenue results.

Main Tasks:
• Monitor Airbnb prices and competitor listings regularly
• Adjust nightly rates using market trends and demand patterns
• Update descriptions, titles, and photos when necessary
• Track bookings and highlight peak/off-peak opportunities
• Provide short weekly reports on pricing and occupancy performance
• Ensure messages, descriptions, and calendar availability remain accurate

Requirements:
• Experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental listings
• Knowledge of Airbnb pricing tools (e.g. PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide regular updates
• English proficiency
