New Airbnb Listings & Optimization

I need to create 2 new Airbnb listings and optimize my 2 existing ones. The optimization should focus on the photos and descriptions. Additionally, these listings need to be connected to my existing cloud-based Property Management System (PMS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2 new Airbnb listings
- Optimize 2 existing listings on Airbnb
- Connect all listings to a cloud-based PMS
- Establish pre-arrival forms to be sent to guests
- Send cleaning instructions to cleaners before guest arrival
- Provide content copy for all of the above

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with Airbnb platform
- Experience with Cloud-based PMS
- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting
- Familiarity with property management and Airbnb listing optimization

Please note, the optimization will primarily focus on the photos and descriptions of the listings. The chosen freelancer will also be responsible for providing content copy for all tasks.
