Customer Service Chatbot for Hospitality Industry
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need a savvy chatbot that seamlessly integrates with Airbnb, Booking.com, Botpress, Stack AI, and WhatsApp. This chatbot will handle a variety of tasks including:
- FAQ support: It should be capable of handling a set of pre-determined questions commonly asked by customers.
- Reservation management: The bot should facilitate booking adjustments and offer real-time booking updates to clients.
- Tourist guide: After collecting user preferences, the bot should suggest places to see, eat, and provide other recommendations from the host.
- Referrals: Post-checkout, the chatbot should send referral requests to the customers.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal freelancer for this project will have experience with chatbot development, AI integration, and a strong understanding of the platforms Airbnb, Booking.com, Botpress, Stack AI, and WhatsApp. Knowledge in hospitality management and tourist information would be a distinct advantage. The freelancer should have strong problem-solving skills to best address the multitude of FAQ scenarios and proactive in suggesting toward an efficient reservation management system.

However, the client is open to suggestions and input from the freelancer to optimize the design and functionality of the chatbot.
The chatbot should be AI-powered and able to:
- Help the guest do the check-in
- Work as an on-demand tourist guide
- Know when the check-out happens so we can ask for feedback and reviews
- Let the guest know they can refer this bot to other Airbnb's or places they stay in order to win extra money for their next trip
We would also want to be able to register all the interactions and answers in a google sheet for future reference.
In terms of the final deliverables what we are looking for is:
1 - A functional chatbot
