Communication with Airbnb & Booking.com guests

I am in need of a freelancer to help communicate with my guests who booked via Airbnb & Booking.com via email on a daily basis. This communication involves messaging guests as well as communicating with quality manager for special issues (like forgetten items, maintanance issues, etc). The freelancer should have excellent communication skills to effectively respond to guests' messages. Due to time difference, freelancer should be located in or not far from Europe.
