Airbnb Virtual Co-Host Needed

**first of all, all freelancer only with airbnb co-host experienced.

I need a reliable virtual co-host for my Airbnb property. You will be responsible for:

REMOTE / VIRTUAL Co-Host:
Must be able to check current market price in the area
Guest communication (24/7 availability required)
Managing reservations via Airbnb's internal system and property management software
Coordinating cleaning and maintenance
Answer guest questions quickly (before, during, and after their stay).
Send check-in and check-out instructions.
Update our Airbnb calendar and adjust prices.
Help guests with any issues they have (remotely).
Ask guests for reviews and respond to them.
Keep our listing description and photos updated.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Airbnb and property management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
