Airbnb Project Manager
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated Airbnb Property Manager to be responsible for managing properties based in the US that are rented out to quests as vacation or long term properties.
The responsibilities of this position are marketing our properties, doing reservations and bookings, coordinating with the property staff, contacts and follow-up with leads, coordinate with technical issues and cleaning concerns, as well as managing the reviews.
To be successful as an Airbnb Property Manager, you should be able to work on your own time but reply guests inquiries within 10 minutes, and no later then 30 minutes. and have a positive and welcoming attitudes, as well as a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a high-performing Airbnb Property Manager should be computer literate, have knowledge of managing properties, proficient in Airbnb software, and has a can-do attitudes.
Training will be provided.
