Residential Plumbing Design Specialist
Budget: £3,000 – £5,000 GBP
I'm seeking a detailed mechanical design for a residential project in St John's Wood encompassing the following:
H&C plumbing systems
Air Conditioning
Extract Ventilation
Public Health
Gas Fired Boiler system
Heating system
This project has been designed at stage 3, so we are seeking someone to take this to stage 4 (although the design has basically been done along with schedules)
Requirements:
- Comprehensive plumbing layout
- Compliance with local building codes
- compliance to CIBSE guidelines codes and practices
- Integration with existing architectural plans
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in residential plumbing design
- Strong knowledge of building regulations
