Replace non working ac units

Ac units that provides heating and cooling to the restaurant has leaks. So I was advised it’s best to change the entire unit. I have 4 units. It’s for a restaurant providing 3,000 sq ft area.

Number 1 compressor seems ok. But number 1 fan not spinning. Number 2 compressor is dead.
