Distribution Center Dock Cleaning
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a reliable industrial-grade cleaning crew to deep-clean the loading docks in our distribution center. The space handles high pallet traffic, so built-up grime, oil residue, and debris must be removed without disrupting operations.
Scope of work
• Pressure-wash dock floors and ramps, paying special attention to grease and tire marks.
• Degrease and scrub dock plates and bumpers.
• Sweep, vacuum, and wipe down surrounding walls, railings, and safety bollards.
• Collect and dispose of all waste in compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
• Proven experience in industrial or warehouse cleaning.
• Access to commercial-grade pressure washers, scrubbers, and eco-friendly detergents safe for food-grade facilities.
• Work can be scheduled after hours or during a planned shutdown—please indicate your preferred timetable and manpower.
• Provide your own PPE and certify adherence to OSHA safety standards.
Deliverable
A spotless, debris-free loading dock ready for immediate use, verified by a post-clean walkthrough and photo documentation.
When you reply, outline your methodology, estimated hours on-site, and any special equipment you’ll bring.
