I am looking for a reliable HVAC specialist who can handle ongoing maintenance for several commercial air-conditioning systems in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The work is entirely maintenance-focused—regular inspections, filter changes, refrigerant checks, coil cleaning, performance tuning, and catching minor issues before they turn into costly breakdowns.
Because the units serve offices and retail space, you will need to plan service visits outside peak business hours whenever practical and document each visit with a concise report and before/after photos. All tools, basic consumables, and safety gear should be supplied by you.
When you submit your offer, please include examples of past work on comparable commercial sites. A brief summary of the equipment you normally service—split units, package units, or small chillers—will help me understand your experience level.
Preference will be given to technicians already based in or regularly working around Jeddah so response times remain quick. Let me know your earliest available start date and any manufacturer certifications you hold.
