Commercial AC Installation Engineer Needed
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need an experienced mechanical engineer to design and document a complete air-conditioning installation for a commercial property.
Please include a brief note on similar commercial AC projects you’ve completed and your turnaround time for preliminary drawings.
Deliverables
• Cooling load calculations and equipment schedule
• Duct, piping, and control diagrams (DWG or RVT + PDF)
• Installation notes that meet local commercial codes
• A final stamped drawing set (if licensed in my jurisdiction)
I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the scope and milestones.
We are working on an elderly apartment complex. We are using straight cooled package Units for each apartment and releasing the heated air through a hole in the ceiling of each apartment in the closet where the unit is kept in. We need a stamp of approval to pull a permit from the city
