In our professional environment (large workshop), operators must walk to the storage area to place orders for parts or materials. These trips are time-consuming and reduce productivity.
The idea is to let operators place orders by voice, directly from their smartphone, without leaving their workstation. The order would be automatically sent to the storage area (notification, display, etc.).
Objective
Develop a "hands-free" voice command solution with the following features:
French speech recognition.
Local processing: no audio data sent to the cloud (privacy and independence).
Custom vocabulary: the system must recognize technical terms specific to our business.
Smartphone compatibility: iOS and Android.
Lightweight: fast and smooth in a real environment.
