AI Voice Receptionist for GoHighLevel
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers my GoHighLevel phone line, talks naturally with callers, and books their appointments right into GoHighLevel’s built-in scheduler. The scope is inbound calls only; no outbound dialing, call routing, or FAQ handling is required at this stage, though the flow should be built so I can add those later if needed.
When someone dials in, the assistant must greet them by name when possible, gather the basic details I define (service type, preferred day, contact number or email), read real-time availability from my GoHighLevel calendar, offer the next open slots, confirm the choice, and create the appointment. A confirmation text or email should be triggered through GoHighLevel immediately after the booking, and the call itself needs to be logged on the contact’s timeline for full reporting.
The tech stack is flexible as long as the end result lives seamlessly inside GoHighLevel—whether you design with Dialogflow, OpenAI, or another proven voice engine, the key is a smooth hand-off to GoHighLevel via its API or native webhook actions. Clear documentation is essential so I can tweak prompts, greetings, and business hours without touching the code.
Deliverables
• Working AI receptionist endpoint connected to my GoHighLevel account
• Tested call flow that books appointments from live calendar availability
• Auto-confirmation via GoHighLevel SMS/email and call log entry in the contact record
• Setup notes and concise video walkthrough showing how to adjust prompts, hours, and calendar settings
I’ll provide API credentials and a test calendar on acceptance. Once everything passes a short live-call test, the project is complete.
