AI Voice Dialer For Excel Leads

I’m setting up an AI-driven voice calling system that will read fresh leads directly from an Excel sheet, dial each contact, verify the key details we keep in the file, and then lock in the next touchpoint—either a scheduled follow-up call or a confirmed Zoom session—so the sales team can step in smoothly.
Description:
I am looking for an experienced freelancers who can deliver the maximum possible for a fixed total budget of $200.
This project will be paid in 4 equal milestones of $50 each. You get paid only after each milestone is completed and approved.

Project Goal
Build a working AI Voice Calling system that:

I can use myself for real estate CRM reactivation, and
I can start selling to other sales people as a simple product.

Preferred tools: xAI Voice Agent Builder, Retell AI, Vapi, or Bland AI.

Milestone 1 – $50
Working Personal System for Me (Real Estate)

Set up a fully working AI Voice Agent (xAI / Retell / Vapi)
I can upload a CSV of contacts
AI makes natural outbound calls
Optimized for real estate (past clients, warm leads, reactivation)
AI can book Zoom meetings into my Google Calendar
I receive full transcripts + short summary after each call
You provide clear instructions so I can run it myself

Milestone 2 – $50
Make It Sellable (Basic Version)

Create a simple clean landing page
Integrate Stripe so customers can pay monthly
Customers can upload their own contact list (CSV)
Basic user login / access system
After payment, customer gets access to use the AI calling system

Milestone 3 – $50
Automation & Polish

Automatic delivery of transcripts and results to the user
Basic admin panel so I can manage users
Connect Google Calendar booking properly
Make the system stable and ready for real use
Provide full documentation + short video guide

Milestone 4 – $50
Zoom Foundation + Final Delivery

Prepare the technical foundation for a future Zoom App (even if not fully submitted)
Clean up everything
Final testing
Hand over all logins, files, and instructions
Optional: Help me list it later if budget allows

I will only work with freelancers who have real experience with AI voice agents (xAI, Retell, Vapi, Bland, etc.)

Core flow
• Import every new row from the client-supplied Excel workbook (no external CRM is in play at this stage).
• Place an automated voice call that sounds natural, confirms the prospect’s name, company, email, and interest level, and captures any corrections in real time.
• Offer a Zoom appointment slot when the lead is ready to talk in depth; otherwise, book a follow-up call and timestamp it back into the sheet.
• Write all outcomes—verified data, call notes, and calendar links—right back into the same workbook so the pipeline view stays up to date.

Technical notes
The stack is flexible: Twilio Voice, Vonage, or any comparable SIP/VoIP API is fine, as long as the agent supports conversational AI (Dialogflow, OpenAI, or similar) and can push data to and from Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets without manual intervention. A small local dashboard or a lightweight web hook that triggers the calling routine each time the sheet updates would be a plus.

Deliverable
A working script or micro-service, source code included, plus short setup documentation showing how to:
1. point the agent at a new Excel file,
2. adjust the call script,
3. connect the calendar for Zoom links, and
4. redeploy if the hosting environment changes.

I’ll test by dropping a sample list of twenty leads into the sheet; the project is complete when the agent calls, updates, and schedules exactly as described with a success rate of 95 % or better.
