# AI Voice Agent Specialist (HVAC / Plumbing / Home Services)

We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent specialist to build and maintain production-grade AI receptionists for U.S. home-service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage door, etc.).

This is **not** a simple chatbot project. We are looking for someone who has already built AI phone agents that handle real customer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and integrate with business systems.

## Responsibilities

* Build AI voice agents for inbound customer calls.
* Train AI agents using previous customer call recordings, transcripts, SOPs, FAQs, and business documentation.
* Design natural conversational flows that sound human and can handle interruptions.
* Configure appointment booking workflows.
* Integrate with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, and common home-service CRMs when required.
* Configure emergency keyword detection and intelligent call routing.
* Configure transfers and human escalation when the AI reaches its limits.
* Optimize prompts and conversation flows based on call recordings.
* Test and refine agents before deployment.
* Troubleshoot production issues and improve call quality over time.

## Required Skills

* Proven experience building AI voice agents for customer service or appointment booking.
* Prompt engineering for conversational AI.
* Experience training AI agents from existing business knowledge, call recordings, or transcripts.
* Strong conversational flow design.
* Call qualification logic.
* Appointment scheduling workflows.
* CRM integrations.
* Calendar integrations.
* API integrations.
* Webhook implementation.
* SIP/telephony configuration.
* Twilio.
* AI call routing.
* Emergency escalation workflows.
* Human handoff configuration.
* Knowledge base creation.
* Voice testing and optimization.

* Experience building AI receptionists specifically for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or other contractor businesses.
* Experience improving booking rates through prompt optimization.
* Experience analyzing call recordings and iteratively improving AI performance.
* Familiarity with lead qualification, missed-call recovery, customer recognition, and after-hours call handling.
