I need a native Thai speaker to help me evaluate outbound phone calls generated by our AI voice system. Your core task is to place or receive scripted test calls, then report on overall AI voice quality with special attention to three areas:
• Voice clarity
• Accent accuracy
• Response naturalness
Whenever you notice issues—garbled audio, odd intonation, or robotic pacing—document them clearly so our engineers can refine the model. I will provide detailed call scenarios, logging templates, and access to the test lines. A good Internet connection, a quiet environment, and familiarity with common VoIP or soft-phone apps will make the process smoother.
Beyond the calls, I also need you to help me with some line testing.The line testing mainly involves using your local number to receive the content we send you, helping us verify whether you can receive the SMS — you only need to provide screenshots of the SMS we send you; or helping us check whether certain links can be accessed normally on your end.
