Senior AI Automation & Technical Operations Manager (Long-Term)

Job Description

We are HABEORA AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, building a global AI-powered Business Automation platform for clinics, healthcare providers, salons, fitness centers, restaurants, real estate agencies, professional services, and SMEs.

We are looking for a long-term Technical Operations Manager who will own our complete automation infrastructure and client onboarding process.

This is not a one-time project. We are seeking a technical partner who can build, maintain, improve, and support our platform as we scale internationally.

Core Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable AI automation workflows.
Configure AI voice agents using Retell AI and Vapi.
Manage Twilio voice, SMS, SIP, and phone numbers.
Implement WhatsApp Business API integrations.
Build Make.com and n8n automations.
Integrate Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive, and Workspace.
Configure CRM pipelines and lead automation.
Build reusable onboarding templates for different industries.
Deploy new customer accounts within 24–48 hours.
Monitor production systems and resolve incidents quickly.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
Coordinate with sales during onboarding and technical demonstrations.
