Custom Bilingual Voice TTS Hindi Must

I want to turn any line of text into audio that sounds exactly like me, whether I’m speaking English or Hindi, and I’d like it wrapped inside a clean Android app. I already hold good-quality recordings in both languages, ready for training, so the job centres on modelling my voice and integrating it into a lightweight, easy-to-use application.
Here’s the flow I have in mind: use my recordings to create a high-fidelity TTS model (Tacotron 2, FastSpeech, Mozilla TTS, Google or Azure Custom Voice—whichever you’re most comfortable with) and embed the result in an Android Studio project. The finished app should open with a single screen where I can type or paste text, tap “Speak”, and instantly hear my cloned voice. A simple language toggle will switch pronunciation rules and acoustic patterns between English and Hindi.
Deliverables
• Trained English & Hindi TTS model that reproduces my voice naturally
• Full Android Studio source plus signed APK ready for install
• Intuitive UI: text box, play/stop controls, language switch, and option to download or share the generated audio
• Clear build & retraining instructions so I can refresh the voice later if I add more recordings
