## Project Overview
We are looking for a skilled video editor / AI content creator to produce a **short promotional video** for **Viupark Home**, a tourist-rental apartment investment project located in Bogotá/ Colombia. The goal of the video is to **attract investors** by highlighting the investment opportunity and the benefits of the product.

We will provide the **source footage** (an existing video showcasing the project — building, apartments, amenities, location, etc.). Your job is to **repurpose this footage** and enhance it with an **AI-generated presenter (avatar)** who speaks directly to the viewer, guiding them through the investment opportunity.

## What We Need
- Integration of a **realistic AI-generated female presenter** (using tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar) who appears on screen and talks directly to the audience.
- The presenter should:
- Introduce the project and welcome the viewer.
- Explain the investment opportunity (tourist rental apartments) in an engaging, persuasive tone.
