AI Video Editor Needed Daily – HeyGen / ElevenLabs / Animation (Trial to Full-Time)

I run a membership site for AI business training and tutorials (UK-based business). I need a skilled, fast AI video editor who can produce several 5-minute training clips per day, every day, long-term.
This is a trial-to-hire role. Strong performers move to ongoing daily paid work with better rates.

What you'll be making (5 clip types, mixed daily):
Avatar speaking clips — I provide the script. You generate the HeyGen avatar video and edit it into a polished 5-minute clip.

Single narrator voiceover clips — ElevenLabs voice, UK English accent only (not US), over slides, b-roll, or simple visuals. Most clips will be this format.
Two-host conversational clips (occasional, for key topics) — script will sound like two people discussing the material. You voice both parts using two different ElevenLabs UK voices and edit them together naturally.

Animation/illustration clips — light motion graphics or illustrated explainer segments to support the above, not full animation from scratch.

Two-avatar scripted scenario clips — a short dramatised demo with two avatars in conversation playing specific roles (e.g. an advisor and a client working through a business situation), built in Synthesia or HeyGen. I provide the full script and the role each avatar plays. You must follow the script exactly, including which character's position is the one the scene lands on — no improvising or rebalancing the dialogue. UK voices throughout.

Non-negotiable requirement: All ElevenLabs voice generation must use UK English voices. Applicants who default to US voices will be rejected at trial stage, no exceptions.
Volume expectation: A couple of finished 5-minute clips per day to start, scaling up if quality and speed hold.

What I Need to See in Your Application
Direct examples of past HeyGen avatar video work (links or attachments)
Direct examples of past ElevenLabs voice work, ideally UK voice
If you have experience with Synthesia or HeyGen multi-avatar/two-person scenes, show examples this is a specific skill, not all avatar editors can do it
Confirmation you can work with provided scripts (not write your own)
Your typical turnaround time for one finished 5-minute clip

Trial Structure
Paid trial at $2-$8/hr to start. I will provide:
A sample script
Reference clips showing the exact tone, pacing, and style I want

You will be assessed on:
Voice accuracy (UK English, correct pacing, natural delivery)
Avatar sync quality (HeyGen)
Basic editing competence (cuts, transitions, captions if needed)
Speed (clips per day)
Ability to follow instructions exactly without needing repeated correction

Rate and volume will be discussed and increased after the trial for anyone who performs well. This is intended to become full-time daily work.

Budget
Hourly, $2-$8/hr for trial. Rate reviewed after trial based on output quality and speed. Long-term role pays per finished clip once trial is passed, with potential for daily ongoing work.
