VEO 3 AI Video Creator Needed (Realistic People & Lip Sync)

Summary
We're looking for someone experienced with AI video generation who can create realistic short-form videos featuring human characters, dialogue, and workplace scenarios.
I already have the concepts, characters, storylines, and creative direction. I need someone who can turn those ideas into realistic AI-generated videos that don't look AI-generated and avoid common issues such as glitches, morphing, bad lip sync, incorrect speaker assignment, awkward camera behavior, and other AI generation problems.
Requirements:
- Hands-on VEO 3 experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Kling, Hailuo, Runway, PixVerse, MiniMax, or similar tools is a plus
- Must be able to show AI-generated videos you personally created
- Experience creating realistic human characters and speaking scenes
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Create and/or refine prompts
- Generate and test variations when needed
- Troubleshoot AI generation issues
- Deliver high-quality final clips
- Provide prompts used for final clips
Workload:
- Target workload is approximately 21 completed clips per week
- Concepts, characters, storylines, and creative direction will be provided
- Please provide your preferred pricing structure and quote for this workload (weekly batch pricing, per clip pricing, or another structure you prefer)
