Upscale 60-Second Film Clip

I have a short 60-second film segment currently sitting at 1280 × 720 (MP4). I need it up-res’d to true 4K while preserving detail, color fidelity, and the cinematic feel of the original footage. Because this is film/entertainment material, artifacts or plastic-looking frames aren’t acceptable—I’m looking for a clean, professional upscale that could hold up on a large screen.

Source: one MP4 file, 29.97 fps.
Deadline: ASAP, so please take the job only if you’re confident you can turn it around quickly without compromising quality.

Preferred approach: AI-driven upscaling tools such as Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve Super Scale, or an equivalent you trust. If you plan to use another workflow, just let me know what you have in mind so I understand how you’ll manage grain, sharpening, and color consistency.

Deliverables
• Final 3840 × 2160 file (H.264 or ProRes—whichever keeps quality highest)
• A brief note on the settings or model you used, in case I need to match the look later.
