Training Video Redesign 2026
Budget: $10 – $650 USD
I’m hoping to create based on a project that we’ve inherited from a previous group and are updating for a 2026 relaunch. The challenge is that we have somewhat limited source materials and are essentially recreating a previous training video with updated context and processes. The prior video can be viewed here:

For source materials, we’re currently working with a variety of assets, including: (1) A Word document containing updated training slides and speaker notes, which I’d ideally like to present using a talking head format (attached for reference), (2) Existing survey materials (PDFs) that could benefit from screen recording walkthroughs, (3) A Google Form that will require a screen recording walkthrough, (4) A website that will require a screen recording walkthrough, and (4) Two logos that would need to remain visible throughout the training.
A few questions: (1) Are you able to create talking head style training videos using AI voiceover and/or AI presenters based on supplied copy/scripts? (2) Are you able to incorporate screen recordings or walkthroughs (for example, demonstrating how to complete a Google Form)? (3) Are you comfortable helping structure/edit content when source materials are somewhat fragmented or incomplete?
We’re not necessarily looking for a flashy production. The priority is creating something professional, easy to follow, and suitable for volunteer training. I’m also looking for a pretty quick turnaround on this.
