TikTok / Short-Form Video Creator for Marketing Agency
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
TikTok / Short-Form Video Creator for Marketing Agency (Real + AI Mascot Content)
We're BlackCat Marketing, an agency built by operators, not just marketers. Sharp, honest, no fluff, and we hold our own content to that same standard.
We're launching our TikTok presence from zero and want to do it right. Our not-so-secret weapon: Tommy, our actual rescue black cat and unofficial chief keyboard warrior. He's already an established brand mascot with real reference photos and video on hand; you won't be starting from a blank page.
What we need:
A short-form video creator who can turn Tommy's real footage plus AI-generated silent B-roll built from his real reference photos into scroll-stopping TikTok content and help us build a broader short-form presence from there.
This is not just editing. We're looking for someone who can:
-Bring original reel/clip concepts to the table, not just execute a script we hand you
-Work with AI video tools to create realistic, silent (no dialogue, no lip-sync) character content from reference photos
-Understand hooks, pacing, and retention, especially for a brand new account starting at zero followers
-Edit and finish the content from start to finish
-Communicate proactively and flag ideas without needing constant direction
Tools you should be comfortable with:
-AI video / character-consistency tools (Sora 2, Pollo AI, Neolemon, Runway, or similar; we're tool-agnostic as long as the output looks real)
-CapCut or equivalent for editing
-Bonus: ElevenLabs / HeyGen experience, in case we expand into talking content later (not needed for phase one)
Scope to start: TikTok only. If this works, there's real room to grow into Instagram Reels and beyond.
Requirements
-Strong English communication
-Available during EST-friendly hours
-A few examples of short-form (AI) content you've created.
-Comfortable researching trends and proposing ideas
To apply
-Send 2-3 examples of short-form content you've worked on
-In one or two sentences, pitch us a silent 15-second concept starring a house cat. We want to see how you think, not a finished video
-List the AI tools you use most or are interested in learning
-Looking to build a long-term working relationship if the fit is right.
