Project Overview:We operate a premium, 32-seater licensed party bus transport service in Auckland (partybus.nz). We need a freelancer to optimize our WordPress backend, set up targeted Meta Lead Ads, and build an internal AI video automation system that we can manage ourselves.What Needs To Be Done:WordPress & Local SEO: Fix minor text errors on our WordPress site, optimize it for local Auckland search terms, and cleanly embed our video assets.Meta Ads Manager Lead Setup: Move our budget away from basic Facebook "Boosting." Build high-intent Lead Generation campaigns using Meta Instant Forms. Implement strict filters (e.g., minimum target age 25+, clear text regarding our mandatory refundable security bond and strict No-BYO rules) to screen out low-budget, high-risk crowds who damage the bus.Internal AI Video Pipeline: Create a simple, automated AI system (using tools like CapCut Pro, Opus Clip, or similar) where our team can drop raw weekend smartphone clips into a shared folder, and the AI automatically turns them into high-energy, captioned vertical video ads.Staff Training: Train the owner and internal staff on how to use this AI system and monitor ad spend so we can act as the "directors" of our own marketing moving forward.Requirements:You must have proven experience with WordPress, Meta Ads Manager (Leads objective), and modern AI video-editing workflows. You must be able to provide a clear handover training session via Zoom or recorded Loom videos
